The buildings will be linked at ground floor, with a clear entrance fronted by a large working yard. The yard will be a publicly accessible landscaped area surrounded and activated by the café and flexible co-working space.
Transformation of a historic former gunpowder mill into a new cultural hub located along the River Wandle in Earlsfield.
