London Cancer Care Clinic
New five-storey £35.5m cancer treatment centre on the Euston Road. The main contractor was Shepherd Construction and the project was part refurbishment and part new build.
The works included drywall and ceilings to form 48 state-of-the-art private rooms and a 20-bed day care ward.
The drylining and suspended ceilings were intricate designs with the inclusion of medical services and building services. The works were complicated further with poor access on to site and on-going major works to all levels.
We also carried out specialist rendering in the atria and roof gardens.
